Individuals wanting to register for religious education may
down load this form.
Please fill out and return the form to St. Francis of Assisi.
A small registration fee of $20.00 per child with a family maximum
of $50.00 helps to cover the costs of this program.

Pre Kindergarten - Grade 6:
Meets designated Sundays at 8:30 am and 9:45 am, September - April
Grades 7-12:
Meets designated Wednesday evenings, September - April
Adult Religious Education
Meets designated Sundays at 10:00 am, September - April
Evening/daytime adult religious education classes are arranged to fit
small group needs and desires.
